Returns
You may return an item only if it is in the exact same condition as when it left our shop. Returns for items that you do not like or that are faulty must be communicated to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of any returned items.
Refunds
If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7 working days and returned to the original source of the funds (e.g., M-Pesa, bank account).
